When Lindsay Lohan's list of A-list lovers went public, James Franco was the only actor to come forward to publicly deny having slept with the actress. Now, he's backtracking a bit and telling Howard Stern what really happened.

Franco swears “on my mother's life” that he did not have sex with LiLo, but conceded, “we maybe kissed… it was lame.”
James said the smooch happened in 2004 while he was filming “Spider-Man 2” in NYC. He was about 26 at the time, and she was 17.
The Oscar nominee said he asked himself at the time, “What the hell am I doing?”
He called “The Canyons” star “delusional,” explaining, "I bet you if we brought her in here and you asked her to her face, 'Did you have sex with James?' She would say yes."
According to Franco, Lindsay sort of stalked him after the kiss, even breaking into his room at the Chateau Marmont in L.A.
"I'd come home late to the hotel and she'd come find me," he said. "She even broke into my room one time... I opened my eyes and there's Lindsay in my room at 3 AM.
He added, "Yeah, that's stalking."
Stern pointed out that maybe the list was actually of people she once loved. Franco replied, "Maybe that's why I'm on the list of her obsessions.”
