Funnyman Will Ferrell stopped by The Grove to chat with “Extra’s” Mario Lopez about a good cause near and dear to Ferrell’s heart.
Ferrell supports Cancer for College, which helps high-school cancer survivors receive scholarships.
“We've given close to $2 million in scholarships to kids,” explained Ferrell. “7-Eleven is helping to get the word out with this holiday cup, designed by myself.”
As for the upcoming “Anchorman 2,” Will promises it will be in theaters December, 2013.

Funnymen Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis kicked off their hilarious campaign for their film “The Campaign” at The Grove, stopping by to talk with host Mario Lopez about their new political-based comedy and sequels to their blockbuster hits “Anchorman 2” and “Hangover 3.”
Zach hedged there’s going to be a third “Hangover” installment. “I’m still a little cloudy on the details, but I met with the director yesterday, so yeah, it's happening.”

A teaser trailer for the upcoming sequel “Anchorman 2” will premiere with “The Dictator,” the Sacha Baron Cohen comedy opening in theaters Wednesday… at least that’s what “Anchorman” star Ron Burgundy says.
The San Diego newsman (aka Will Ferrell) recently tweeted, “Don’t get Twirter. Anchorman2 teaser w Dictator tom night. Dont know what a teaser is. World is crazy? Having a scotch,” along with a photo of himself.

"Extra" was in on the laughs at the first annual Comedy Awards Saturday, joking with honorees Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Jon Stewart.
Ferrell was excited about joining "The Office" in the upcoming four-episode arc. "I'm starting the role of D'Angelo Vickers, the new manager who's taking over 'The Office,'" explained the actor. "It's pretty exciting. I love the show and it's an honor to be a part of it."
The "Other Guys" star and his pal, director Adam McKay, had some advice for Charlie Sheen, who is going on the road with his own comedy show.
