Talk show host Wendy Williams, who was eliminated from "Dancing with the Stars" this week, is Essence magazine's cover girl in their first-ever Girlfriends issue!
In the article, Williams gives advice to other women. "I'm the girlfriend in your head who's got a few miles on her and will give you the best advice I can..."
It was Wendy Williams' turn to walk off the dance floor for good, as she became the second celebrity voted off "Dancing with the Stars."
She and professional partner Tony Dovolani earned 15 out of 30 points from the judges after their performance Monday night, which featured the stars telling personal stories about themselves.
Williams talked about how she got her start as a radio DJ and having to sleep in her car at times. The duo performed the foxtrot to the song "Last Night the DJ Saved My Life."

Williams was joined in the bottom three by Chris Jericho and Kendra Wilkinson.
The stars leading the pack on Monday's "Dancing with the Stars" were jivin' Ralph Macchio and quickstep quarterback, Hines Ward.
Audience favorite Kirstie Alley follows closely in third place -- scoring big and losing big. "I figure every week with the dancing is [losing] 5 pounds," Alley tells "Extra's" Renee Bargh. Kirstie admitted she isn't sure exactly how much weight she's lost, but definitely plans to celebrate by treating herself to new threads. "I gotta get on the scale. I'm going to buy new clothes. Yeah!"
Glittering star Kirstie Alley and former "Karate Kid" Ralph Macchio came out on top in Monday night's premiere of "Dancing with the Stars," with Kirstie earning 23 points, right on the dancing heels of Ralph, who earned 24.
Alley even got some extra support from pal Kelly Preston, who "confiscated" Kirstie's Twitter to urge fans to vote for her. Preston told "Extra" she voted eleven times for Kirstie!
After three weeks of intense rehearsals, the fleet-footed celebs of "Dancing with the Stars" will attempt all the right moves. Frontrunner Kendra Wilkinson will be in a shimmering white dress -- making it clear that she will gladly go "skimpy" with her outfits! No surprise there, right?
Buxom talk show hostess Wendy Williams also plans to show off her goods, with her mantra: "Tatas first, shoulders after that, and everything else follows." How YOU doin'?!
A talk show host, a footballer, and an ex-Playmate are just part of the eclectic cast in Season 12 of "Dancing with the Stars."
Predictions on who will win have already started buzzing, with Kendra Wilkinson, Hines Ward, Kirstie Alley, and "Psycho" Mike Catherwood rounding up the final four.

Former senatorial candidate Christine O'Donnell has officially been asked, and thinks she just might do it, according to her Facebook page. "Extra" has also heard that talk show host Wendy Williams is a go (but it hasn't been confirmed), while Bret Favre, sexy "Flashdancer" Jennifer Beals, and the Reverend Al Sharpton have all nixed offers. Beals confessed, "I've been asked -- I would not do 'Dancing with the Stars,' it's much too frightening."
