"Extra" caught up with reality TV star Tori Spelling at the premiere of Disney's "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" - and asked her about her son's recent health scare.
"Oh, he fell. He's okay," Spelling explained. "I tweeted about it because I'm a mom, but then it was everywhere. I guess I should be more careful."

Tallulah," and discussed how her inspiration for the story came from her own childhood experiences.Tori said that it wasn't always easy growing up as the daughter of high-profile producer Aaron Spelling. "When I was in school, the kids were like, 'Oh, it's a little rich girl, producer's daughter, she's not like us, she's different'." She told Mario, "I was like, I don't want to be different, I want to be normal, but then I had to realize what's normal. Normal is being yourself, being who you are... that's what Tallulah goes through."

Tori Spelling's hubby, Dean McDermott, landed in the hospital Tuesday with a punctured and collapsed lung after a motorcycle accident, People.com reports.
McDermott, 43, was dirt bike riding with two friends when the crash happened. "His friend called me and said he was in the ER," explained the actress. "He didn't want to scare me so he just said he had a crash and that they were X-raying him."

They talked to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres on her show and definitely say they are "so together."
"There is no divorce in our future, at all," Dean says. Tori adds, "They're seeing clips from the show this season. I think this season we kind of delve into our relationship. We've been together fours years."
