The sober country singer called his drinking “disruptive” and explained, “Everybody could look and say, well, gosh he didn't drink that much... or some people could say he drank too much, but for me it was too much and for me it was a point to where I wanted to change what I was doing.”

"Country Strong's" Tim McGraw loved co-starring with Gwyneth Paltrow, and got a kick out of hanging with Paltrow's husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

"We're big fans of Coldplay. My wife Faith is like a killer fan," McGraw told "Extra's" Renee Bargh.

The country singer/actor said Martin and the band spent some time at his digs in Nashville while he and Paltrow were on location filming "Country Strong."
