Sources told TMZ that Dingman and Uchitel were living in the same house in Miami when the Tiger Woods scandal broke. The sources said the millionaire bowed out when Rachel got serious with Tiger, but joked, "That's okay. I'll date his wife, Elin."

In his first commercial since his epic fall from grace in 2009 over a shocking sex scandal, Tiger Woods is selling a Japanese heat rub, Vantelin Kowa.

Woods lost $35 million in endorsement deals and hasn't won a tournament since the highly publicized scandal. A spokesman for Vantelin said the company made the offer to the pro golfer last year, details of which have not been revealed. This is Tiger's second endorsement contract with a Japanese firm.

"She was seeing a banker in Florida for three months, but that went nowhere," an insider told Us.

The Swedish model, 31, has very little interaction with her ex, seeing him only when she drops off their two children; Sam, 3, and Charlie, 2.

A second pal said the pair, 13 years apart, reconnected thanks to Alyse's stepdad, Alastair Johnston -- who is on the board of IMG, the sports agency that reps Woods.

It seems that wayward golf stud Tiger Woods may have known his latest girlfriend, Alyse Lahti Johnston, since she was just 7-years-old, reports the NY Post.

Alyse, 22, is the stepdaughter of Alastair Johnston, former vice-chairman of sports agency IMG, where he once negotiated a deal for Tiger's $60-million contract with Nike back in 1996 -- when Alyse was just 7.
