Actress Katie Holmes wants to plan the perfect birthday celebration for her daughter, Suri Cruise, who turns 5 April 18.
"This is my favorite day of the year, so we're going to have a little tea party," Holmes told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS-FM morning radio show on Monday.
My, how fast she grows!
Suri Cruise didn't just wear her strappy heels for a Friday outing in Seville; Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' three-year-old also donned lip gloss, dangly earrings, a headband and shiny handbag.
The tot has been in Spain while Cruise is filming comedy "Knight & Day."
Earlier last week, she was spotted in red polka-dot heels and a pink flamenco dress.
Suri "loves clothes and she [picks] out her own clothes," her mom told reporters at the Elle Women in Hollywood Tribute last October. "She loves that, she [loves] running, she loves dancing, she loves singing."
- Jude Law doesn't like girls from NYU heckling him, so he's fighting back with fruit!
- How low can she go? Suri Cruise keeps herself entertained with a game of limbo.
- Zac Efron has been spotted solo while promoting his new film, but he's not a single man!
- Kim Kardashian laughs off plastic surgery rumors saying the reason her face looks different is because she lost weight.
- Jordin Sparks is upset she missed the first screening of "New Moon" ... it's her appendix's fault.
- "Chuck's" Zach Levi wants to thank you for helping him stay employed.
"Extra" caught up with Katie Holmes at Elle magazine's Women in Hollywood Tribute, where the actress gushed about daughter Suri -- and the possibility of more kids.
Suri, 3, is already a budding fashionista -- and Katie insists that the style choices are hers alone! "She picks them out," Holmes tells "Extra" of the tot's wardrobe. "She's a very good shopper... she goes in and she knows exactly what she likes, and she picks it out."
In addition to parenting Suri, Katie also is step-mom to Tom's kids, Connor and Bella -- but is she ready for more kids of her own? When "Extra" asked Katie about expanding her brood, the actress only laughed.
The "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" star also chatted about watching hubby Tom Cruise perform stunts on the Boston set of his flick "Wichita." "It was exciting... I mean, it was a little scary," Holmes admitted, "but I also know he's so strong... and he's doing that for that effect... so I'm like, 'Oh my god... okay.'"
Hollywood A-listers Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz fielded provocative and personal questions Tuesday night on "The Jay Leno Show."
"I try to excel in all areas and I've never been asked for a refund," Cruise told Leno when asked if he was better at flying or sex.
The "Wichita" co-stars also answered Leno's hard-hitting questions, like do you go to strip clubs and who takes longer in the makeup chair? The handsome "Top Gun" star even sang a line of Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely" for daughter Suri.
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise took Washington, D.C. by storm this weekend!
Cruise, daughter Suri and son Conner visited the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum while Katie got ready to take the stage in tribute to men and women in uniform as part of the annual PBS Memorial Day Concert.
Holmes wore a navy blue pantsuit and shared the stage with her former "All My Sons" co-star, Dianne Wiest. The actresses performed a short play as the sister and mother of real-life Staff Sergeant Jose Pequeno, a veteran permanently disabled while serving in Iraq.
Gary Sinise, Joe Mategna, Katharine McPhee and Laurence Fishburne also took the stage. The stars performed "This is My Country" at the end of the show.
Actor Will Smith is dishing to "Extra" about who he thinks should play the first black James Bond on the big screen.
"Extra" caught up with the megastar last night, as he was presented with the Simon Wiesenthal Center's Humanitarian Award. When an "Extra" friend asked Will who would make a better black James Bond -- himself, P. Diddy, or Jamie Foxx -- Smith responded, "Puff probably lives the most like James Bond... Jamie Foxx got the swag for James Bond. He can sing too, so he can add a new element to Bond. Wooing the ladies... and I think I can guarantee the box office!"
Jamie Foxx wants fans to know that he is definitely in the running! He told our Mario Lopez that he wouldn't mind donning the 007 tux. "Might be kind of cool. What would my drink be? Not vodka. I'd have to drink Hennessy or something like that. Little yak attack for James Biz-ond!"
Smith is no stranger to playing secret agents on the big screen. He played Agent J in two "Men in Black" blockbusters -- and hopes to return for a third! "We've had a couple of meetings. We're looking at it," Smith says of a potential third round of the hit franchise. "The team has committed, so we have to do it service with the creative part of it. Everyone is on board, so we will see what happens."
"Extra" also caught up with Jada Pinkett-Smith at the ceremony, who brushed off rumors that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are planning on sending little Suri to Will and Jada's new Los Angeles area school. Pinkett-Smith tells "Extra," "No, Suri is not going to the school. That's just rumors."
