Spencer Pratt

Heidi Montag was at Pure in Las Vegas with husband Spencer Pratt over the weekend, where she dished to "Extra" about posing for Playboy.
"The Hills" starlet confirms that she is indeed posing for the mag again. "Matthew Rolston will be shooting it. I'm very excited to show off my new assets," she said.
Montag first posed for Playboy in September 2009, but the spread featured no nudity. As for her second feature being full nude, "I'm gonna surprise you," said Montag.
This is the first public appearance for the starlet since her 10 plastic surgery procedures in November.
"I was shaking a little bit," said "The Hills" star. "It's a little overwhelming, but it's my first time out of the house. It feels good."
In a previous interview with Us, Montag talked about giving her mom plastic surgery for Mother's Day. She tells "Extra" that her plans for that may have changed.
"I thought my mom wanted plastic surgery for Mother's Day a couple months ago. I think after my surgery she decided I had enough for the family," she said. "You'll see everything unfold on 'The Hills' this season, her full reaction, which I was shocked about. Very hurtful."
Spencer seemed to be a little more supportive of his wife's plastic surgery decision. "It's the same Heidi to me, I'm in love with her spirit," said Pratt.
Pratt also shared his thoughts on John Mayer's Playboy interview.
"He needs more love in his life,"Pratt said about Mayer. "John Mayer's getting caught up in what I got caught up in. You know, the pop culture TMZ, I love famous. Don't get me wrong, I love cameras and lights, you can do that, but not at the expense of other people."
Heidi Montag is taking aim at haters who say she's gone too far with her plastic surgeries -- and says she won't have any more surgeries for a "long time" to prevent looking like Cat Lady Jocelyn Wildenstein.

"I would know when I have gone too far," Montag explains. "I know now that for a long time I'm good and it's just maintenance. As I get older I'll probably keep up with it. I definitely think that enough is enough. This is as far as I want to go for a long time. I don't want to look like Cat Lady."
Montag also came to "Extra" to set the record straight on rumors People magazine footed the $30,000 bill for her recent plastic surgery operation.
"I just heard that!" Montag, 23, tells "Extra" of the rumor. "I wish they did, I would have loved... for them to chip in. No, they definitely did not."

The "Hills" starlet also addressed co-star Audrina Patridge's comments that her cosmetic enhancements were "a little much."
"I think that she hasn't seen the photos -- she probably just heard 10 surgeries and has no idea what it is," Heidi says. "So I think when I see her in person... she'll be like, 'Oh okay, it's not that drastic.'"
Montag adds, "Or maybe I'm crazy and it's that traumatic and I just don't realize it."
The MTV star -- who spent much of the last season of "The Hills" pressuring husband Spencer Pratt to start a family -- says her surgeries have put baby plans on the back burner.
"I will not be having children any time soon," Montag says. "I won't be ready for a long time because I'm going to enjoy this youthful body.

Heidi Montag just had ten plastic surgery procedures, but she's already thinking about the next time she'll go under the knife.
Montag, 23, underwent multiple cosmetic enhancements -- including her second breast augmentation -- but still wants more. Heidi admits her chest is now a "triple D, F. I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi."
The "Hills" star says of her nip/tuck, "I had a little bit of botox, an eyebrow lift, my ears tucked, I had my nose re-aligned, fat injections put into my cheeks, my lips done and I had my chin shaved down."
Montag thinks her new look is an "upgrade."

Three months after undergoing the procedures, Heidi tells "Extra's" Terri Seymour that she went under the knife because of underlying insecurities about her looks.
Heidi claims to have been teased as a kid in school, saying. "It always kinda held me back from a certain inner light and an inner happiness."
"Hills" co-star Lo Bosworth has blasted Heidi for the message she's sending to young women, but Montag dismisses that, saying her cosmetic surgery will not decide whether young women follow in her surgical footsteps.
"Young girls who want to get it would get it regardless," Heidi explains. "They need to know how severe it is and how serious and real it is. And that's why I wanted to share my story with it. It's not that you just go in and come out and it's great a week later."
Montag says her husband Spencer Pratt was initially dead-set against the surgeries. "Spencer was like, 'You are crazy. You've officially lost it. I think you should see a therapist before you go.'"

What do you think? Did Heidi take it too far?

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have not been kidnapped, and are safe in Los Angeles.
Montag, 23, used a scarf as a shield from the paparazzi while walking into her L.A. home. An eyewitness saw the "Hills" star covered, grew concerned, and called the police to report a "possible kidnapping."

Heidi confirms that the 911 call was a misunderstanding -- and tells People magazine that she's grateful for the quick response from the LAPD.
"We're grateful this was only a false alarm, and I just had my pink Hermes scarf over me," Montag says. "A neighbor was concerned and called the police. We're thankful to the LAPD for their response and making sure we were safe."

Spencer Pratt doesn't expect to hear from Al Roker after slamming him on Twitter Monday a few hours after he and wife Heidi Montag were cut from the "Today" show.
"I don't think Al Roker will be Tweeting me back any time soon," Pratt, 26, told "Extra" at a New York City book signing for "How to Be Famous: Our Guide to Looking the Part, Playing the Press, and Becoming a Tabloid Fixture."
Not that Pratt cares.
"He does only have a few thousand followers so it wouldn't even matter what he says," Pratt says. (In fact, Roker posted Tuesday morning, "Folks, stay on the high road in dealing with people who toss anger and hate here on Twitter. Don't stoop to their level.")

Pratt and Montag also opened up to "Extra" about their reality series, which they joked will be called "The Speidi Show."
Pratt said he's in talks with "the biggest network in the world."
"Everything is currently top secret," he went on. "We are part of 'The Hills' and love the show, but 'The Hills' only shows one minute a week of Heidi and Spencer. The new show will have at least 22 minutes and limited editing! There will also be many live scenes throughout the series."
Added Montag, "Raw, uncut!"
Said Pratt, "A really true version of Speidi."
One topic the reality couple wouldn't discuss: Little sister Stephanie Pratt's recent DUI and court-ordered rehab.
"With this book tour, it's not really relevant to Speidi. I don't know who you're talking about," Pratt told "Extra."

Al Roker isn't taking the bait.
After Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were bumped from the "Today" show Monday, Pratt took to his Twitter to post nasty messages.

Wrote Pratt, "@alroker WEATHERMAN I thought you were out of town today getting your stomache [sic] stapled again?"
Roker's response?
"Folks, stay on the high road in dealing with people who toss anger and hate here on Twitter. Don't stoop to their level," he wrote Tuesday morning.
Roker and the MTV reality couple had their first run-in last June. After a contentious interview, Roker wrote on Twitter, "Heidi and Spencer are an interesting couple. famous for... being infamous. Bad and vacuous behavior. I think we're at minute 11 of their 15."

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are looking to expand their airtime on TV.
Pratt, 26, and Montag, 23, are shopping a reality show to different television networks based on their "everyday lives."

"You don't get to see our everyday lives and what we do," Montag tells the Associated Press. The couple would also like to splice live segments into their show.
They want to stay on "The Hills" while filming their own series. MTV did not return comment to the AP.
