During a phone interview with "Extra's" Terri Seymour on Thursday, he told her, “This is just people playing stupid games, and I hope it backfires.”
“The Voice” premieres Monday, September 10, and Tuesday, September 11, but NBC announced they were added a third night, Wednesday, September 12, to the lineup – the same night “The X Factor” Season 2 premieres with new judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato.Check out this behind-the-scenes video, in which Spears and Lovato talk about one particularly awkward “tribute” audition that prompted the two to walk off the set.
Lovato said, “I felt really uncomfortable so I had to leave.” Spears added, “I was following her, I was taking her lead. She was like, ‘Let’s go,' and I was like, ‘Okay!’ It was our break, anyway; it was dinner.”
Britney Spears and Demi Lovato are sure to stir up some trouble as judges on “X-Factor.” The rumor mill is already reporting that Britney walked out during auditions.
