The stars arrived to the 29th Annual Macy's Passport Glamorama 2011 at the Orpheum Theater in downtown L.A. on Friday to benefit AIDS Project Los Angeles and Project Angel Food.

A teary-eyed Sharon Stone spoke to "Extra," noting that humanitarian and zealous AIDS activist Elizabeth Taylor was absent at the affair this year. "We're just so used to her being here," Stone said, adding, "It's just such a hole without her." Taylor died March 23 of congestive heart failure. She was 79.

Stone revealed to "Extra's" AJ Calloway she became involved in the charity thanks to a special person in her life. "When I was a kid, I babysat for my longtime, now dear friend, Jimmy Burkhart."
The stars came out to celebrate uber-producer Jerry Weintraub at the premiere of his HBO documentary, "His Way," based on his autobiography "When I Stop Talking, You'll Know I'm Dead."
"Extra" spoke with some of the celebrities in attendance, including Sharon Stone, who said, "He's the guy that is the first person to call you when you're going through anything in your life and he's always there and always present and he really means it."
Matt Damon added, "There's something he does when he meets you he kind of takes the measure of you very quickly. For instance, when he met my wife before we were married, he looked at me and he goes, 'You're gonna marry that girl!'"

Actress Sharon Stone took out a restraining order Thursday against a man who broke into her Los Angeles home and claimed he was the son of U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Stone, 52, said, "I am in fear from Mr. Gooden for my personal safety, and that of those around me, especially my children and family, as well as my friends and employees," according to court papers obtained by TMZ.
"Extra" caught up with Sharon Stone at the amfAR Inspiration Gala, which benefits AIDS research, and she said she's hopeful her pal Michael Douglas will beat the cancer and make movies again.
"He's doing great. We're very excited about him and his progress," Stone said, asking everyone to "send him all the love, prayers, joy and you're gonna just be seeing him right back on screen... right where we want him."

When Sharon Stone first heard her good friend and "Basic Instinct" co-star Michael Douglas was battling throat cancer, she was worried.

"I was of course very, very concerned because he's very dear and important to me," Stone told "Extra." But, she added, "I feel absolutely certain that he will beat this."
Actress and single mom Sharon Stone isn't giving up on finding the right guy.
"I'm still waiting for the love of my life," Stone tells "Extra" on the set of "Law and Order: SVU," on which she is guest-starring. "I want to find someone who is genuine, decent and likes me and my children."
