"Extra's" Jerry Penacoli caught up with actor Sean Penn at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival to talk about his new indie drama, "This Must Be the Place" - and about how he spent most of his money helping Haiti to recover from the devastating 2010 earthquake.
"I got to Haiti and found myself having spent all my money," Penn explained. "I had spent out, among other things, and I had to go back to work. The [J/P Haitian Relief] organization was up and running. We had a reasonable leadership in place that could take over for me while I was away."
"Extra's" Jerry Penacoli caught up with Sean Penn, Mel Gibson, Demi Moore, Kim Kardashian and others at the Cinema for Peace benefit for the J/P Haitian Relief Organization.
Penn explained, "The fact that there are still five hundred thousand people in tarp shelters is frustrating and dangerous."
