New details have emerged following the unexpected split between onetime lovebirds Heidi Klum and Seal.
A new report from People reveals the pair had not been getting along for a while and they "took great pains to hide the cracks in what seemed to be a storybook romance."
Seal appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," where he opened up about his split from Heidi Klum.
The singer said he continues to wear his wedding ring because he still feels close to Klum, adding that he doesn't plan to take off the band anytime soon. "Yes, I am still wearing my ring. I think it's pretty much a token of how I feel about this woman. We have eight years. Just because we have decided to separate doesn't necessarily mean you take off your ring and you're no longer connected to that person."
Hours after confirming he was splitting with Heidi Klum, Seal was snapped arriving to a Los Angeles studio on Monday, still wearing his gold wedding band, according to X17Online.
Despite the breakup news, the singer was out and about -- most likely due to his new album, "Seal Soul 2," which drops Tuesday.
Famous lovey-dovey couple, Heidi Klum and Seal, have parted ways after seven years together. Despite renewing their vows every year, the two have "grown apart" and are amicably separating.
"Extra" takes a look back at the way they were... remembering some of their most romantic quotes.
"Project Runway" host Heidi Klum and her husband, singer Seal, are splitting after almost seven years of marriage.
They gave a statement to "Extra": "While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate."
Seal stopped by "Extra" to chat with Mario Lopez about his seventh studio album, "Commitment," and to gush about his model wife Heidi Klum's vocal talent.
Heidi "sings really well, actually," Seal told Mario. The two even have a duet called "Wedding Song" on Seal's new album.
