Russell Brand
Russell Brand's title character in his latest movie, "Arthur," hit close to home, as Brand tells "Extra's" Renee Bargh, he was a "mischievous monkey" who was a wild drunk. "I was crazy. I wasn't so sweet as Arthur. I know there's a dark side to alcohol. That's why I haven't had a drink for eight years," the comedian revealed.
"Arthur," a reboot of the 1981 original film starring Dudley Moore, focuses on a billionaire playboy and drunkard named Arthur Bach who puts his wealthy inheritance on the line after falling in love with a New York City tour guide, played by Greta Gerwig.
Funnyman Russell Brand is the Easter Bunny? Believe it! The actor lends his vocal talents to the upcoming animated flick "HOP" -- and he tells "Extra" he kept his humor PG.
"When they asked me to do this movie, 'HOP,' they knew I have a cheeky element to my personality," explained Brand. "But when children are present, it's not appropriate to make jokes about sauciness."
Brand plays the heir to the Easter Bunny throne who isn't sure he wants to take over the family business. When asked how he was like his character, the actor quipped, "I've got the same voice as the one in 'HOP.' That's a weird and eerie coincidence."

"The Tempest" star Russell Brand goofed with "Extra's" Terri Seymour on a wide variety of subjects -- from adopting Justin Bieber to the upcoming royal wedding.
"Is it gonna cost us English people any money?" Brand asked Seymour of the Prince William and Kate Middleton nuptials next spring. When she answered that she thought so, Brand responded, "Well f**k off then! It's out of order, spend it on something else, make them get married in a little chapel in Vegas, a shotgun wedding like that."
As for adopting the Beebs, Brand and his bride Katy Perry joked they'd make good parents. Brand elaborated, "If I was his Father I'd own him. I'd shave his head... and make him eat it with rice milk," he laughed.
