Witherspoon dyed her hair brunette for her role in “The Good Lie,” but the mom of three was snapped over the weekend with her normal blonde ‘do tucked under a hat while watching son Deacon play soccer.

Reese was taken in for disorderly conduct after her husband, Jim Toth, was pulled over for suspicion of DUI. Witherspoon got into hot water with the cops after she got out of the car while officers were trying to give Toth a Breathalyzer.

Actress Reese Witherspoon knows she and husband Jim Toth were in the wrong when they were arrested in Atlanta last month, but she explains she “panicked.”
In an appearance on “Good Morning America” on Thursday, the Oscar winner described what happened when she and Toth were stopped while driving. “I saw him arresting my husband and I literally panicked. I told him I was pregnant. I’m not pregnant. I said all kinds of crazy things.”

Reese Witherspoon's run-in with the law was caught on video! The footage shows an Atlanta police officer leading a shackled Reese out of a police car following her disorderly conduct arrest. He then removes the cuffs and takes her inside the station for booking (see her mug shot below).
The Oscar winner apologized to fans on Monday, saying she is “deeply embarrassed,” blaming the incident on having “one drink too many.”
