The family will seek an injunction in France against Mondadori, the media group responsible for publishing the images in the French mag Closer, reports the Washington Post. They are also going after publisher Silvio Berlusconi for damages.Poor Kate Middleton probably won’t be sunbathing topless again anytime soon. On Friday, the French magazine Closer published photos of the royal tanning poolside at a private house in Southern France without her bikini top.
Royal officials said the couple was “saddened” by the blurry images reportedly taken from a guesthouse terrace while they vacationed at a chateau owned by the Queen’s nephew, Lord Linley.
