The VMAs are back and ready to take over NYC with the colorful lineup of Green Day and Pink!

Pink is determined to top last year's performance at the MTV Video Music Awards with a song from her new album "Funhouse." "Last year I got to jump out of a window at the VMAs in L.A.," said Pink. "This year I can't wait to blow the roof off Radio City in New York."

Also, first-time VMA performers Taylor Swift and Muse will take the stage, and British actor/comedian Russell Brand will again be hosting.

The 2009 MTV VMAs will air live on Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 9 PM.

She sang, "I don't need you, and guess what, I'm havin' more fun" in her hit single "So What," but now Pink is singing a new tune. The Grammy award winner told Ellen DeGeneres she's back with hubby Carey Hart.

On Friday's "Ellen," Pink reveals the couple reconciled and said she gets a kick out of performing "So What." "He's in the audience, so when I sing, 'He's a tool,' now that's my favorite line," she tells DeGeneres. "Hi, Honey, that's you."

Pink, born Alecia Moore, and the motorcross racer tied the knot in Costa Rica in January 2006. Two years later, they announced their split but the singer says, "We didn't do the paperwork deal."

The tattooed lovebirds also appeared on the red carpet at the T-Mobile Sidekick LX launch party on Thursday in Hollywood.

Is King of all Bachelors George Clooney dating peeved pop rocker Pink?!

This wild rumor is totally false! Pink spread the gossip during an interview on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". The Grammy-winning songstress couldn't help but spread rumors about the hunky Hollywood star when Ellen asked who Pink was currently dating. The "So What" singer joked, "I'm dating George Clooney," but laughed it off.

Jimmy Kimmel will return to the American Music Awards stage -- hosting the show for the fifth time.

"Leavin'" singer Jesse McCartney will announce the 2008 nominations from the Beverly Hills Hotel Sunset Ballroom on Tuesday, October 14 at 9:30 AM, when nominees for all 20 awards will be announced.

Pink and the Jonas Brothers have already been slated as two of the show's performers, with more names to be revealed in the coming weeks.

The 36th Annual American Music Awards will air on ABC November 23.
