“Duck Dynasty” star Willie Robertson is “looking forward” to starting the next season of the hit A&E show after its recent controversy.
Last month, patriarch Phil Robertson was briefly suspended from the show following his controversial interview with GQ magazine. At the time of the suspension, the duck-call clan rallied around Phil and said they wouldn’t do the show without him. A&E reversed their decision a week later.
“Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson’s controversial views on homosexuality and African-Americans don’t stop there. He also believes men should marry women who are in their teens.Monday, in which the duck call mogul offers what he calls "river rat counseling," and warns men not to marry girls who are out of their teens.

Despite all the recent controversy around the duck call mogul, Robertson took a moment to show appreciation for his wife, giving her a long-overdue wedding ring for Christmas.
Their granddaughter Sadie Robertson shared a pic of the sweet moment, writing, "After 50 years of marriage Papaw Phil finally gave Mamaw Kay a wedding ring for Christmas??”

The 67-year-old duck call mogul was briefly suspended from the A&E show after giving a racially charged interview with GQ, in which he shared his views on homosexuality, African-Americans and other topics.
“Duck Dynasty” fans should be happy to know their favorite patriarch Phil Robertson's suspension has been lifted, and he will be returning to the hit reality TV show.
The #IStandWithPhil online petition, demanding "the immediate reinstatement" of Phil Robertson after his anti-gay comments, is just a few thousand signatures shy of its goal of 250,000.
