It’s official; Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli are divorced, according to court documents obtained by “Extra.” The couple separated last year, and both filed for divorce in March 2012.
The “90210” star and her “Twilight” ex will share 50-50 custody of daughters Luca Bella, 15, Lola Ray, 10, and Fiona Eve, 6. Both parents will have to agree on decisions about nannies, daycare, extracurricular activities and counseling for the children.Actress Jennie Garth has clearly moved on after splitting from husband Peter Facinelli earlier this year. So far, she’s shed 30 pounds, reentered the dating scene and has a new TV movie, “The Eleventh Victim,” premiering on Lifetime.

In a new cover story, Garth told People that 2012 "has been a bit of a rebirth for me as a person by shedding that negative space and all the pain associated with that time."Actor Peter Facinelli co-hosted "LIVE! with Kelly" with Kelly Ripa on Tuesday and opened up for the first time about his difficult split from wife Jennie Garth.

"I recently got divorced from my wife, which has been very painful" said Facinelli. The show was airing from Banff.

"I was very resistant," she told People of when Facinelli asked for a divorce last fall. "It took me some time to come to peace with it."
Although they announced their divorce a few weeks ago, Jennie Garth and Peter Facinelli were seen at a toy store in Sherman Oaks, Calif. over the weekend.

According to X17Online, the couple stopped by the store with daughters, Lola, 9, and Fiona, 5.
