"Extra's" Terri Seymour visited McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey, on set of "Grey's Anatomy" to talk about one of the most shocking seasons yet.
"Extra" special correspondent Steve Santagati headed to Moscow for the premiere of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" and talked with stars Shia LaBeouf, Rose Huntington-Whiteley and Patrick Dempsey.

Don't count on Patrick Dempsey singing along in the upcoming "Grey's Anatomy" musical event.
"I'm basically in the OR operating," Dempsey explained to "Extra" at the John Varvatos' 8th Annual Stuart House event. "I'm oblivious to everything."
"Grey's Anatomy's" McDreamy, Patrick Dempsey, thinks new castmate Jesse Williams, who plays Dr. Jackson Avery on the show, needs a better nickname than "McRibs."
"I'm sure he's less than pleased about that," laughed Dempsey with "Extra's" AJ Calloway. "Although, we did a scene the other night where he's got his shirt off again, and I said 'See what you got yourself in for?!'"

Actor Patrick Dempsey is turning "Extra" Lifechanger, helping cancer patients and their families -- having gained inspiration from his mother's battle with ovarian cancer.
"She's had five bouts of ovarian cancer," Dempsey told "Extra's" AJ Calloway, sitting down with the actor at the Avon Foundation for Women gala for breast cancer awareness. "The type of cancer that she has comes back every two or three years, slow growing, thank goodness."
The "Grey's Anatomy" star has built the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope and Healing in his hometown of Lewiston, Maine. "It takes a team to fight cancer," the actor explained. "It was important for me to keep my mother active and what she loved doing and still does today is gardening and remodeling, and so we ended up buying an old home that needed restoration and that became sort of symbolic for her journey in fighting cancer."
