'Footloose' (Oct. 14)

Who: Julianne Hough, Kenny Wormald, Dennis Quaid, Andie MacDowell; directed by Craig Brewer What: City kid Ren McCormack moves to a small town where rock music and dancing have been banned. His rebellious spirit shakes up the populace.

'Fireflies in the Garden' (Oct. 14)

Who: Julia Roberts, Ryan Reynolds, Willem Dafoe, Emily Watson; directed by Dennis Lee What: The Taylor family is devastated by an accident that takes place on the day their matriarch (Roberts) is due to graduate from college — decades after leaving to raise her children.

'The Thing' (Oct. 14)

Who: Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Joel Edgerton, Eric Christian Olsen, Ulrich Thomsen; directed by Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. What: In this prequel to the 1982 John Carpenter sci-fi classic, we see what happens to the Norwegian scientific team after they dig an alien form from the Antarctic ice.

'The Big Year' (Oct. 14)

Who: Steve Martin, Owen Wilson, Jack Black, JoBeth Williams, Rosamund Pike; directed by David Frankel What: Three avid bird watchers compete to spot the rarest birds in North America at a prestigious annual event.

'The Ides of March' (Oct. 7)

Who: George Clooney, Ryan Gosling, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Paul Giamatti, Evan Rachel Wood, Marisa Tomei; directed by George Clooney What: An idealistic campaign manager (Gosling) learns a lesson or two in political games while working for a left-wing governor (Clooney) running for president.

'Real Steel' (Oct. 7)

Who: Hugh Jackman, Evangeline Lilly, Dakota Goyo; directed by Shawn Levy What: Set in the near future, robot boxing is a top sport. A struggling promoter and former boxer (Jackman) and his estranged 11-year-old son think they may have found a champion in a discarded robot and go up against the big guys.

At the "Hall Pass" premiere, "Extra" talked babies with stars Christina Applegate, Owen Wilson -- and newly pregnant Alyssa Milano.

"I'm craving broccoli," Milano revealed. "How weird is that?" The actress said she isn't sure of the baby's gender yet, but she'll "probably" find out.

Meanwhile, Applegate is in the wonderful throes of early motherhood, head over heels for her baby daughter Sadie, telling "Extra," "Anyone who's gone through having a double mastectomy knows that first of all, you've had an amputation," Christina explained. "But with Sadie, it just didn't matter in that moment. I just said eff it. This is her favorite place to be!"

Actor and new father Owen Wilson appeared on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Tuesday and revealed he received 24 stitches to his head after a recent surfing accident in Hawaii.

"I took on a wave that was probably too big for me. I went off the back and the board kinda caught air and the board came back and hit me in the forehead and I got 24 stitches," Wilson said.

After telling Leno about his brother's encounter with a shark, Owen admitted he was fearful of getting attacked as he paddled back to shore, bleeding. "I was thinking about the shark as I was paddling back in with a little blood dripping into the same cove where my brother was attacked recently!"

"Extra's" Jerry Penacoli had a hoot laughing it up with the cast of "Hall Pass" -- including Owen Wilson, who is now a proud father of 1-month-old son, Robert Ford Wilson.

"He's a little boy, so he's going to be fidgeting at some point when you're trying to tell him something. And you're going to have to say to him, Ford, focus!" Wilson laughed.

The "Little Fockers" star, 42, kept his impending fatherhood a secret from the press up until the last second, but a source told Us Wilson was "very exited and involved with the pregnancy."
