Disgraced former cycling champ Lance Armstrong admitted to what many have been alleging for years.
In the much-publicized, two-part interview with Oprah Winfrey which began airing Thursday, the veteran TV host asked right at the start if he took performance-enhancing drugs, to which Armstrong definitively answered yes.
The former assistant to Lance Armstrong has come forward to say the disgraced cyclist was “calculating” and that he should be facing a judge, not being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey.
Mike Anderson, who was very close to his boss for many years until he claims he found evidence Lance was taking performance-enhancing drugs, told the Daily Mail, “I have a pretty solid understanding of who Lance Armstrong is. He is a very calculating individual. Everything that he does is with forethought and for his own benefit. Frankly, I hope he goes to jail. Armstrong will finally speak out about the alleged doping allegations and use of performance-enhancing drugs that cost him his career, including seven Tour de France titles and millions in endorsements.It looks like the feud between David Letterman and Oprah Winfrey really is over. Letterman will appear on "Oprah's Next Chapter" in January, and it appears nothing was off limits in the interview.
The pair sat down at David’s alma mater, Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, to discuss everything from the comedian’s public sex scandal to his relationship with Jay Leno. The new friends will also discuss their ongoing feud.
Singer Justin Bieber’s split from Selena Gomez rocked the pop world, but it appears the pair could be getting back together. Life and Style reports the former couple met up at a hotel in NYC on Sunday.
"I saw Selena go into the hotel around 5:40 PM and not even three hours later, Justin went in," an eyewitness told the mag. "I saw him leave around 11 PM." The meeting comes just two days after E!
