Actress Halle Berry and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, settled their differences in family court Thursday, a week after Aubry fought with Berry’s fiancé, Olivier Martinez, at her Hollywood home.
“From all counsel, the parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter,” said Berry’s attorney Blair Berk in a statement, reports the L.A. A few weeks ago, Berry gave a realtor an unadvertised listing, called pocket listing, of her home, in hopes to sell it quietly for $15 million, says TMZ.There is no surveillance footage of the Thanksgiving fight between Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, and her fiancé, Olivier Martinez.
TMZ reports that Berry had her home security cameras re-positioned last year after a stalker situation.At the time, authorities suggested the actress have cameras facing the fences surrounding the property in order to catch a possible intruder, and not the front door area. Therefore, none of last week’s altercation was captured.

In the legal docs filed on Monday, Aubry gives an entirely different account on what went down Thanksgiving Day, claiming it was the French actor who struck first in their brawl.
Gabriel Aubry, the ex-boyfriend of Halle Berry, is scheduled to appear in court on December 13 after getting into a Thanksgiving Day altercation with the actress' fiance, French actor Olivier Martinez.
TMZ reports the fight began when Aubry went to Berry’s Hollywood Hills house in the morning to drop off their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, and Martinez walked outside to have words with Aubry.
