According to TMZ, Richie was granted a restraining order against Eduardo "Bam Bam" Arriveben and Ivon Miguel, two photographers that Nicole accuses of harassing her "on a daily basis" and "stalking our home, as we try to go about living our lives."
The restraining order requires that Arriveben and Miguel stay 100 yards away from Richie, 28, her children (Harlow, 20 months, and Sparrow, 6 weeks) and her staff. Her boyfriend, Joel Madden, was not mentioned in the suit.
Earlier this month, the same two photographers rear-ended Nicole's car, leading Richie to seek treatment for minor injuries. Another hearing on the restraining order is scheduled for next month.

A new report today states that the couple, parents of Harlow and Sparrow, said "I do" during an intimate ceremony on October 14. The article also suggests that Nicole's decision to marry her beau was sparked by the death of her ex-fiancé, Adam Goldstein.
While the twosome is in no rush to walk down the aisle, Nicole revealed in May that she and her man will marry "eventually," but their focus is now on their brood.
Nicole and Joel's relationship became public in December 2006.
