Ah, l’amour! Singer Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon renewed their wedding vows in Paris Friday.
Carey and Cannon were beaming in recent photos, with Mariah wearing a stunning white mermaid dress and Cannon in a white suit.Nick Cannon has revealed that his ongoing health issues, including kidney failure and blood clots in his lungs, are the result of an "autoimmune disease that [doctors] found in my system," Cannon said to People. The illness, is similar to lupus -- which is a long-term autoimmune disorder that may affect the skin, joints, kidneys, brain and other organs.

"The blood clot thing was probably the scariest because I've known people who have passed away from that. I thought I was getting better, and then that happened, so that kind of came out of nowhere," the 31-year-old said.
TV and radio personality Nick Cannon is being forced to slow down his busy life, due to continuing health issues.

Cannon is stepping down as host of his New York City radio show "Rollin' with Nick Cannon" on 92.3 NOW, he has announced.
"Extra's" AJ Calloway caught up with Nick Cannon in Indianapolis at the Mike Epps and Friends Comedy Show at the 2012 Super Bowl -- and asked Nick how he was feeling after his health scare earlier this year.
Cannon said, "It was one of those things, you work through it. A little setback at the beginning of the year, but we moving now! We good."

"America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon released a video blog on his first day back at work after being hospitalized with mild kidney failure, exclaiming, "I'm back and I'm not dead!"
Cannon explained his recent medical issues were due to "overworking" his body.

Ryan Gosling, nominated for two awards, was nowhere to be seen on Sunday night's star-studded Golden Globes in Beverly Hills. George Clooney, Gosling's "Ides of March" co-star, said on the red carpet, "It's too bad he's not here. I wish he was. But if he showed up he might just be too good-looking to handle." It is speculated Gosling's hectic shooting schedule prevented him from attending the festivities.

"America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon was released from L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center over the weekend, after being successfully treated for mild kidney failure.

Cannon's rep released this statement: "Nick Cannon was released over the weekend to be with his family. He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers. He plans to return to his live morning radio show broadcast 'Rollin' with Nick Cannon' on 92.3 NOW FM on January 17th, 6-10am EST."
Still in his Aspen hospital bed for mild kidney failure, Nick Cannon is improving. Wife Mariah Carey remains at his side, and tweeted Friday, "Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged in 2 days. As always, he's laughing and in good spirits."

The songstress added a photo of them in bed, with a laptop resting on Cannon's lap while Carey kissed him on the cheek.
