The mother of 14 has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, listing only $50,000 in assets against up to $1 million in debts, according to papers filed April 27.

"Octomom" Nadya Suleman told "Good Morning America" Thursday that she and her "kids were set up," after pictures of her filthy La Habra, Calif. house were leaked online, spawning a visit from the Orange County Social Services Agency.

The photos of Nadya's family living in "squalor" were reportedly provided to TMZ by Suleman's hairdresser, who said Octo kept her children locked in a room and forced them to use training toilets outside the home.

Octomom Doc Charged with Negligence

Dr. Michael Kamrava, the doctor who helped Octomom Nadya Suleman conceive her 14 children, has been accused of negligence and violating professional guidelines.

Suleman, 34, conceived all of her children through in vitro fertilization (IVF), and gave birth to octuplets in January 2009. Dr. Kamrava was administered fertility treatments to Suleman.

The State of California Medical Board accuses Kamrava of gross negligence and says that the doctor "acted beyond the reasonable judgment" for providing a woman labeled "N.S." fertility treatments that resulted in an octuplet pregnancy.

The Board also cites the doctor for keeping "inadequate records." Kamrava could lose his medical license as a result of the accusations.
