Michelle Duggar welcomed baby No. 19 Thursday -- much earlier than expected.
"Michelle, who has been in the hospital recovering from a gallstone, was taken to the OR for an emergency C-section," a rep for TLC, which airs her reality show "18 Kids and Counting," told TMZ Friday morning.
Remember what these stars looked like when they were pregnant?
At 6:27 PM PST, Michelle and her husband, Jim Bob, welcomed their daughter, Josie Brooklyn, who was due in the spring. She weights in at just 1 lb., 6 ozs.
The baby is stable, but was admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University of Arkansas Hospital for Medical Sciences.
Adds the rep, "The most important thing right now is for Mom and baby Josie to get as much rest as possible. The family is grateful for all the prayers and well wishes during their recovery."
Last weekend, Michelle was airlifted to the hospital when the gallstone pain caused her to have early contractions.
In a message recorded on their iPhone Tuesday, the couple thanked "everyone for praying for Michelle."

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar thank fans for their support in a new video taped with their iPhone at the hospital.
"We'd like to thank everyone for praying for Michelle," says Jim Bob, the star of TLC's "18 Children and Counting." Pregnant Michelle was airlifted to the University of Arkansas for Health Sciences Hospital in Little Rock over the weekend after gallstone pain caused early contractions.
Adds Michelle, "Thank you for all the well wishes that we've been receiving. We are really grateful. I am feeling so much better. The gallstone has calmed down a bit... the baby sounds good. We're waiting to see what happens."
Jim Bob says the hospital is going to "keep her for a few more days to make sure her blood pressure is going down."
He also asks fans to pray that "she'll get to feeling better quickly, and that we'll be able to bring the baby to full term... So far, the baby's doing great, and we're so grateful for that."
Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar, who are expecting their 19th child in the spring, welcomed their first grandchild on Thursday night.
Eldest son Josh Duggar, 21, and his wife Anna had a baby girl, Mackynzie Renee Duggar, weighing-in at 8 lbs. and a lengthy 19 1/2 inches, announced Meredith Vieira on "Today."

Even with having 18 kids to look after, Michelle, star of "18 Kids and Counting," told the "Today" show, "We're really excited about being grandparents. Josh and Anna are going to make great parents."
The first "GrandDuggar" will make her debut on "18 and Counting" on TLC, Tuesday at 9/8c.
