The money battle between Jon Gosselin and wife Kate was scheduled to reach a boiling point in court today, but their hearing was postponed.
Court officials told TMZ that the reality couple would have their day in court another day, because the presiding judge in the case lost his wife to cancer this morning. The hearing will be postponed until at least next week.
Paparazzi caught up with Jon as he prepped to jet out of LAX yesterday, where Gosselin denied swiping the reported $230,000 from a joint bank account with Kate. "I did not take money!"
Three-thousand miles later, Jon landed at JFK Airport, where he denied reports that Kate is forcing him to give up his BMW and Mercedes, saying, "I don't think it's her fault."
Today, Jon's pal Michael Lohan tells "Extra" that TLC is getting in the way of allowing Gosselin to star alongside him in "Divorced Dads Club." Lohan says, "Jon, I think he's a great guy, I know he loves his kids! If they're letting Kate pursue a career, why don't they let him?"
When shutterbugs asked Jon about the rumored show, he told them that he's done with reality TV.

Jon may need a new TV gig soon -- TMZ reports that TLC is not happy with the reality dad's recent barhopping and partying. The network reportedly sent Gosselin a letter "claiming he was in violation of the morals clause of his contract, partly because he's been seen going in and out of bars and drinking."

Father of eight Jon Gosselin has been linked to various women since his split with Kate -- and he's setting the record straight on the romance rumors surrounding him.
At this point... I'm single -- per se," he revealed to People magazine. "I'm just a regular guy who just wants to have friendship and good times. And I like meeting people."
Gosselin, who has been seen cozying up to family friend Hailey Glassman, announced that he and the 22-year-old are on a break. "She's always a good friend of mine. Her family is so good. They took me in and I lived there for a while. I love them to death."
Jon added, "She doesn't like this [craziness]. She loves me for who I am and not for what I do. We are going to chill out for a while and see where it takes us. I'm not looking for anyone." When asked about Kate Major, the ex-Star reporter who resigned after admitting she fell for Gosselin, Jon replied, "We are just friends."
Still, the reality dad admits that he won't be introducing any women to his kids. "I don't want to introduce anyone to my kids," he said. "We just have to play it by ear. I don't know what it's like to be divorced."

"My heart is always with Hailey," Gosselin told Us Weekly at the 2009 Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge in Bridgehampton.
Jon also admitted that being a bachelor after ten years of marriage is "scary" -- and revealed that dating multiple women at a time is "not me."
Last week, Major resigned from Star magazine after admitting that she had fallen for Gosselin. Jon, however, has yet to confirm any sort of romantic relationship with the former reporter.

The mom of eight was photographed Friday for the first time without her wedding band during a coffee run near her Pennsylvania home.
In June, Gosselin told People magazine she wasn't ready to take that step. She said, "I haven't taken off my ring. It would devastate my kids. It's not necessary. I was looking at it while I was in the shower this morning, and I thought, I'm not taking it off. I'm not ready."
The couple filed for divorce on June 22 after 10 years of marriage.

Gosselin's girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, was shocked at Major's announcement. "That's news to me," the 22-year-old tells People magazine, adding, "I still love Jon and Jon loves me."

Stage dad Michael Lohan is responding to claims from daughter Lindsay that he cheated on ex-wife Dina while they were still married.
On Thursday's "Ellen DeGeneres Show," Lindsay Lohan says, "I don't believe in cheating on someone... I watched my father do that to my mother my entire life, so I really don't." The actress was responding to Ellen's asking if cheating is what caused the breakup between LiLo and Samantha Ronson.
In a statement to "Extra," Michael says, "It disturbs me that she still continues to take the focus off of herself and accuse me of cheating on her mother when I only did so when Dina and I were separated."
Michael claims he's "thankful" Lindsay is taking his advice and "presumably" getting her career back on track. He adds, "I truly believe that if she involves the right people in her life and does the right thing, her life and career will be back in order and come to even higher levels than it has before."
Lindsay's estranged father clearly still cares about his daughter. Michael continues, "I love her, I have faith in her and I know God is working in her life. I'm happy to see that she is getting back on the right track!"
