In the midst of all the drama, Mel Gibson had a bright spot -- a visit with his 9-month-old daughter, Lucia.
X17online spotted one of Mel's bodyguards leaving his Malibu estate this morning, and then arriving at Oksana Grigorieva's residence a little while later. Oksana was not at home, but the nanny was seen driving away with Lucia in a white SUV, with the bodyguard's car following closely behind. Watch the video!
And the ever-escalating Mel Gibson drama continues, this time adding TMZ's own Harvey Levin to the sordid mix.

The latest from Oksana Grigerieva's camp is that Mel plotted to kidnap TMZ's Managing Editor Levin, drag him to the desert and break his kneecaps, leaving him to die.
A former friend of Oksana Grigorieva, who chooses to remain anonymous, was interviewed by "Extra's" Special Correspondent Lauren Sivan. The ex friend slams the singer as a gold-digger who is only focused on her music career.

"She was relentless in finding that person who was going to help her career, help her with her son, help her have a good life," said the estranged pal.
"Mad Men" star Jon Hamm believes the Mel Gibson scandal is "obviously a difficult situation."
"I hope it works out for the best for all the parties involved," Hamm told "Extra" at the red carpet premiere of "Mad Men's" fourth season, adding, "What do men say when you ask that?"
Text messages revealed today indicate that anger management candidate Mel Gibson may have felt some regret the day after his alleged Jan. 6th fight with Oksana Grigorieva.
