Actor Mel Gibson and soon-to-be ex-wife Robyn have reached a full agreement on terms of their divorce, AP reports.
Robyn Gibson's lawyer, Laura Wasser, appeared before a judge Tuesday and announced the couple had settled, especially regarding property issues.
Mel and Robyn were married in 1980 and separated in 2009. In 2006, Gibson was worth an estimated $900 million. Under the laws of California, community property -- which includes earnings -- is divided 50/50. The Gibsons also have seven children.
A judgment is expected to be entered at the end of August, making the divorce official. Terms have not been discolosed.
Wasser has also been retained by Maria Shriver, for when and if she files for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The recent dates of Mel Gibson and Stella Mouzi sparked rumors that the two were an item, but Mouzi put the muzzle on that, saying she is not dating Mel, according to People.

"I came to the U.S. from Greece a few months ago and was charmed by the American hospitality," Stella told People. "I made many new friends including Mel Gibson, with whom I share merely a friendly acquaintance."
As part of his community service sentence, Mel Gibson visited sick children at a Guatemalan hospital over the last several days.
Teaming up with children's charity Mending Kids International, "The Beaver" star was greeted warmly at the Hospital General San Juan de Dios and stopped by the Spina Bifida Unit, the only one of its kind on the continent. Mel and ex-wife Robyn have been supporting Mending Kids for 15 years.

Later, Gibson attended the premiere of the dark dramedy with director pal Jodie Foster. When asked how he could delve so deeply into the troubled character, who can only communicate through a beaver hand puppet, the Oscar-winning actor quipped, "I faked it," adding, "Hey, I don't know. It doesn't bear too much analysis."
"The Beaver" director Jodi Foster spoke candidly with "Extra" about her good friend, Mel Gibson, who told Deadline.com, "I don't care if I never act again."
Foster responded to the troubled star's confession. "I think it would be a tremendous loss to not have him acting again."
In his first exclusive interview, Mel Gibson talks to veteran Hollywood journalist Allison Hope Weiner at his Santa Monica Icon Production Company on Monday to discuss the drama surrounding his troubled personal life.

The actor has had his share of set backs, beginning with his 2006 DUI arrest and drunken anti-Semitic rant, the 2010 allegations of abuse against ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, and those rage-fueled tapes, recorded by Grigorieva.
Mel candidly opens up in his interview with Weiner - who writes, "there were no pre-set conditions, no topic off limits, and no ground rules. This is just Mel being Mel."
Here are some highlights from the interview. The full interview is posted on Deadline.com.
