What? A "Transformers" movie without the sultry Megan Fox?

Alas, it's true. The comely actress will not be appearing in the third installment of the popular franchise, sources confirm to "Extra."

Actor Mickey Rourke is making the most of his second chance in Hollywood -- even starring in an upcoming indie film with Megan Fox.

"I just worked on a smaller movie ["Passion Play"] with Megan Fox," Rourke said. "Creatively, it was a lot of fun. She was great to work with -- and to look at. It was nice working with someone who has a reputation for being beautiful, but who really did her homework. She was challenging to work with. People are going to have a different perception of her."

There's a rumor going around that actress Megan Fox will be sharing the judging panel with "Idol's" Simon Cowell on the "X-Factor," but Megan's rep confirms to "Extra" that it's false.

Cowell will be leaving "Idol" at the end of the current season in order to bring his successful UK show the "X-Factor" to the US.

The teen thieves who stole over $3 million from young Hollywood celebrities didn't have to bother breaking into the stars' homes -- they simply walked through the door.

According to a search warrant obtained by People magazine, the gang -- including Nicholas Prugo, 18, and Rachel Lee, 19 -- gained entry to several celebrity homes by finding unlocked doors on the premises.

The warrant states that Prugo and Lee used the Internet to find out where celebrities lived, and when they would be out of town so they could plan the break-ins. Prugo reportedly confessed to the crimes, and told authorities that Lee, the "driving force" behind the robberies, wanted "to own the designer wardrobes of the Hollywood celebrities she admired."

As a team, Nicholas and Rachel stole from Paris Hilton and Rachel Bilson on several different occasions. Other victims in the robberies include Lindsay Lohan, Brian Austin Green, Audrina Patridge, Orlando Bloom, Megan Fox and Ashley Tisdale.

Police have currently recovered over $2 million in stolen goods, and expect to find more items as the investigation continues.

Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox will once again battle giant robots when the third film in the "Transformers" franchise blasts into theatres in 2011.

The film's director, Michael Bay, announced the movie news in his online forum today, writing, "Well it's official: We have a great Transformers 3 story. The release date is now July 1st 2011. Not 2012."

Bay also included a lighthearted note to starlet Megan Fox, poking fun at reports the two have butted heads in the past. "Megan Fox, welcome back. I promise no alien robots will harm you in any way during the production of this motion picture. Please consult your Physician when working under my direction because some side effects can occur, such as mild dizziness, intense nausea, suicidal tendencies, depression, minor chest hair growth, random internal hemorrhaging and inability to sleep."
