"Surfer Dude" Matthew McConaughey and longtime girlfriend Camila Alves have announced their tot Levi, 11 months, is going to be a big brother!

Matthew made their big announcement just in time for Father's Day, writing on his website, "Happy Father's Day. It's my first, and the last 11 months with Levi and Camila have been the most rewarding adventure to date. We have more blessed news to celebrate this Father's Day that will make this time next year double the fun."

McConaughey continues, "Levi is going to be a big brother...Camila and I are expecting our second child, bringing more life into the world, making more to live for. The future looks bright as the family grows... just keep livin, Matthew and Camila."

Last July, Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves welcomed a baby boy -- and the "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past" actor can't stop talking about the little guy!

McConaughey tells Los Angeles Confidential magazine, "It feels pretty natural. The instincts kinda took over, and I've been rolling with it." The proud pop is also excited for the next few months when Levi's personality will "really start coming through."

Matt admits he already has love advice ready for Levi. He confesses he'd tell his son, "There will always be a natural attraction that comes at first for most men and women. I'd say, don't complicate it, because it will get complicated on its own. Enjoy trying to figure women out because you'll do it for the rest of your life. Expect change every time you think you've got the answer."

The 39-year-old also reveals his own father's tips for romance... in the May issue of Los Angeles Confidential.
