Singer Mariah Carey looked smokin' hot on the May cover of Shape magazine, talking about how she dropped 30 pounds in three months, her thoughts on motherhood, and her plans for making new music.

Mariah Carey is looking slim, toned and fit after giving birth to twins last year, and the diva has lost 30 pounds since signing on to be a Jenny Craig spokeswoman.

The singer looked fabulous in a slinky, silver mini-dress. Mariah co-directed the commercial which features three women sharing their diet success stories.

Mariah Carey, who attended Whitney Houston's funeral on Saturday but did not perform, appeared on "Good Morning America" this morning and opened up about her rumored rocky relationship with Whitney, saying, "I'm almost incapable of talking about this still... it's very heavy, emotionally."

Carey added, "I don't think people could ever understand our relationship or this supposed rivalry in the beginning, and then we did the duet and became friends."

Most professional artists know the pitfalls, so to speak, of performing on stage, but 16-year-old Symone Black, an "American Idol" Season 11 hopeful, unfortunately had her first taste of public stumbling when she apparently fainted and fell off the stage during the FOX show's Hollywood auditions Wednesday.

The credits rolled as a medic was called for and the rest of the audience looked appropriately stunned. Word has it Black was treated for dehydration and is doing fine, and will continue on the show this week.
