Actress Kristin Davis has adopted a daughter, People.com reports.

"This is something I have wanted for a very long time," the "Sex and the City" star, 46, told People, saying she welcomed baby Gemma Rose into her life a few months ago. "Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed."

ONE, the anti-poverty advocacy organization co-founded by Bono, launched a provocative PSA titled "The F Word: Famine is the Real Obscenity" to draw attention to the growing famine in Somalia that has already killed more than 30,000 children in just three months.

Fans of the popular franchise "Sex and the City" could get a taste of a 20-something-year-old Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda in the film's rumored prequel, based on the beloved friends' early years in New York City.

According to Daily Mail, the top choices for the cast are as follows: Blake Lively as Samantha Jones, Selena Gomez for the part of Charlotte York, Emma Roberts as Miranda Hobbs and newcomer Elizabeth Olsen to portray Carrie Bradshaw. Olsen, 22, is the younger sister of billionaire twins Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen.

"Extra's" Adrianna Costa caught up with the stars at the 13th Annual Costume Designer Guild Awards, including "Sex and the City" star Kristin Davis, who said she and her co-stars would love to do a "SATC" sequel, if the opportunity came along.

"We love what we do and have been very lucky to be able to do it for a long time," Davis said. "Every time we have thought it was over, it wasn't over. We talk about it unofficially, but there's no script at the moment. We are all doing other things, which is healthy and good. We'll see what happens!"
