Kim and Kris and Kanye, oh my! Kim Kardashian made an appearance on the "Today" show, talking about moving on from her failed marriage to Kris Humphries - and keeping somewhat mum on rumors she's dating her "friend," Kanye West.

"I completely respect and understand that you have to ask these questions, but as I've said before, Kanye and I have been friends for years," she told "Today" host Ann Curry.

What about Kanye's new song "Thera Flu," in which he professes his love for Kim? Kim smiled, "You know, you never know what the future holds or where my life will take me. So... I like the song!"

Humphries, 27, was apparently interested in doing the shoot because of the James Bond action/hero theme. An insider told the website, "He thought it would be a fun thing to do. He's a guy, so the action figure theme was appealing. Plus, he wanted to help out his friend, stylist Derek Warburton, who is WestEast's fashion director."

The NBA player's attorneys filed a "Notice of Fiduciary Duty and Remedies for the Breach of the Fiduciary Duty," obtained by "Extra," asking the court to reinforce the fact Kim has "a duty of highest good faith and fair dealing" to her former spouse, and that "neither shall take any unfair advantage of the other."

According to the publication, the reality star's divorce from Humphries is proving to be a nightmare and is taking twice as long to finalize as their 72-day marriage. The basketballer reportedly wants to break the couple's prenup and wants Kim to pay up in the amount of $8 million. Kris, 27, also tried to stall the divorce by filing for an annulment based on fraud, and then asked his ex to cover the legal fees.

Although they called it quits last October, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries still haven't been able to annul their marriage. The former husband and wife are both insisting the other confess to fraud, according to TMZ.

Sources say Kim is willing to annul the marriage as long as Kris admits he defrauded her by promising to live in Los Angeles and then demanding that she move to his hometown of Minnesota. Humphries also wants Kim to admit to fraud -- claiming she never had any intention of staying married to him, which Kim denies.
