Film director Kevin Smith was asked to leave his seat on Southwest airlines because he was considered "too large'" for one seat -- now he's set on proving them wrong.

"Hey SouthwestAir: you bring that same row of seats to the 'Daily Show' and I'll sit in 'em for all to see on TV," tweeted Smith. "If I don't fit, I'll donate $10K to charity of your choice. But when I do (& buckle the belt as well)? 1) You admit you lied. 2) Change your policy, or at least re-train your staff to be a lot more human and a lot less corporate."

Smith has been on a rant since Saturday's incident, tweeting up a storm and now posting a new YouTube video mocking Southwest.

Film director Kevin Smith was asked to leave his seat on a Southwest Airlines flight because he was deemed "too large" to fit in just one seat.

"You messed with the wrong sedentary processed foods eater," Smith said via Twitter after being asked to leave the Oakland-to-Burbank flight on Saturday.

The "Clerks" star also posted a fat face pic on his Twitter and on his audio blog this weekend, saying he usually buys two seats when he flies Southwest, but this time he was going stand-by and only one seat was available.

Southwest apologized to Smith and put him on the next flight out, but said in a statement that his removal was for the "safety and comfort of all customers" and that this has been their policy for 25 years.

"I broke no regulation, offered no 'safety risk' (what, was I gonna roll on a fellow passenger?)" Smith tweeted. "I saw someone bigger than me on THAT flight! But I wasn't about to throw a fellow Fatty under the plane as I'm being profiled. But he and I made eye contact, and he was like 'Please don't tell..."

Smith joked on his twitter after landing in Burbank by saying, "Don't worry: wall of the plane was opened & I was airlifted out while Richard Simmons supervised."
