Singers Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban and Harry Connick, Jr. will return as “American Idol” judges for its 14th season, FOX announced on Monday.
Ryan Seacrest is also returning as host.
“Idol” creator and executive producer Simon Fuller said in a statement, “I am thrilled our consummate host, Mr. Ryan Seacrest, is returning for Season 14, together with Jennifer, Harry and Keith. Their interaction, warmth and experience made them an absolute joy to watch. I can't wait to see their evolution together continue next season.”
“Extra’s” Jerry Penacoli caught up with touring country star Keith Urban backstage in Tampa Bay, where the singer talked about wife Nicole Kidman’s paparazzo knock-down, and the Season 13 judges of “American Idol."
Urban discussed the tour name, set list, mixing old and new technology and camaraderie on the road.
