"Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria made an appearance on "Good Morning America" Thursday, dishing with Katie Couric about the end of her hit ABC show, and her split with Tony Parker.
"It's interesting, because I'm in a big transition in my life. I am not married. I always thought I would be married at the end of 'Housewives,'" Longoria, 37, told Couric. "The show is ending. ... A lot of chapters are closing in my life, and so I'm at a point where I get to redefine who I am."

Hollywood A-listers living on the East Coast are preparing for Hurricane Irene, a Category 2 storm that should hit area by Saturday.
Sarah Jessica Parker told reporters that she has water, flashlights and batteries. She's also "removing anything that could fly through windows," the AP reports.
A concerned Alec Baldwin tweeted, "Is the storm coming here? IS THE STORM COMING HERE?!?! AAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!" then later added, "I have water, batteries, a Scrabble dictionary, peanut M&Ms, a copy of 'Decision Points' and a Thigh Master."
