Dr. Gwen Korovin, the ear, nose and throat specialist who was reportedly present when Joan Rivers’ throat procedure went horribly wrong, refused to talk as she arrived to her office in NYC on Thursday.

The latest report regarding Joan Rivers’ deadly throat procedure is that her personal physician took a selfie before allegedly performing an unplanned biopsy on her vocal cords.
An alleged audio tape of the late Joan Rivers complaining about her voice was posted by producers of an off-Broadway show, who claim its one of Rivers’ last recordings.
The audio clip was reportedly a test recording of a radio ad Rivers agreed to do for her friend Brad Zimmerman, who has an show opening off-Broadway called “My Son the Waiter, a Jewish Tragedy.”
UPDATE: Yorkville Endoscopy Medical Director, Dr. Lawrence Cohen, was asked to leave and has since stepped down, reports ABC News. So far, he has not been accused of wrongdoing, but an investigation is underway. Cohen had been on administrative leave since Joan's procedure on Aug. 28.
