Alba isn't the only celeb mom whose baby follows a strict diet. Singer Erykah Badu told Celebrity Baby Blog that her 10-month-old son, Mars, is on a macrobiotic diet.
"It's different from being a vegan in that it goes a little bit deeper into the yin and yang of what a human being needs," Badu explained. "I always wanted to do it, but I didn't really understand the dynamics. Then, the more children you have, the more you get into health and holistic living. Which goes so far beyond being a vegan. Gwyneth Paltrow has said her family -- including children Moses, 3, and Apple, 5 -- are "pretty much vegetarian."
"We know it's the best diet for us and our kids, and of course for the animals and the environment," she said.
