Actresses Jaime Pressly and Estella Warren had a run-in at an L.A. hotspot on Friday over an alleged stolen cell phone.
A source told UsWeekly.com that Pressly and her assistant discovered that the assistant's purse and phone went missing at a house party and tracked the phone to an L.A. club called Bootsy Bellows.

According to the source, the “Planet of the Apes” actress claimed the phone was hers.

Actress Jaime Pressly sat down exclusively with "Extra" at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas to set the record straight on tabloid stories about her recent troubles.
Pressly wanted to clear up reports that said her Jan. 5 DUI arrest was the reason behind the divorce from her husband of two years, Simran Singh. Pressly says, "People thinking my divorce is happening because of the situation. Truth is: these are all isolated incidences."

The "My Name is Earl" star had a blood alcohol content of .08, People.com reports. Pressly is also facing two other misdemeanor charges. The arraignment is scheduled for February 7.

Actress Jaime Pressly was pulled over Wednesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reports.
The "My Name Is Earl" star was driving in Santa Monica around 11:00 PM when she was stopped after allegedly committing a traffic violation. Cops performed a sobriety test and arrested her. No drugs were found in her car.

"My Name is Earl" actress Jaime Pressly married entertainment lawyer Simran Singh Saturday evening in Malibu ... and only "Extra" has your first look at the blushing bride and handsome groom.
250 of the couple's family and friends attended the gorgeous ceremony and reception at the Dick Clark Estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The bride, dressed in a gorgeous V-neck Jenny Packham gown, carried a bouquet of pink and white flowers and walked down the aisle to the Etta James classic "At Last." Jaime's 2-year-old son Dezi served as a ring bearer. Singh wore a Hugo Boss tuxedo.
After the ceremony, the couple celebrated their marriage with their first dance to Adele's "To Make You Feel My Love." The guests also boogied down to music performed by a live orchestra and deejay, who spun tunes until midnight.
The couple announced their engagement in July after Pressly was spotted showing off a diamond ring to friends.
