"America's Got Talent" judge Sharon Osbourne chatted with "Extra's" Terri Seymour at The Grove about the show's new judge, Howard Stern, and her recent Twitter feud with Piers Morgan over Madonna's Super Bowl halftime performance.
Osbourne tweeted that she thought Madonna was a queen, to which Morgan replied on Twitter, "Queen of what? Lip-synching?"
Sharon said, "He is such a miserable old Englishman. He needs a good kick in the backside. And I'm the person to do it."
As for Stern taking Piers' place on "America's Got Talent," Osbourne doesn't know what to expect. "I have no idea what kind of judge Howard is going to be -- but if he gets out of line, I'm going to put him in his place... with my foot in his a**!"
In part two of "Extra's" exclusive interview with Simon Cowell, the "X Factor" creator told our Terri Seymour his plan of attack for competing this fall in what may be the same time slot as NBC's "The Voice."

"If I'm right, 'The Voice' is now going to compete with us in the fall. You have to rethink things even more than we were a couple of weeks ago... 'cause now it's war."
In a very revealing conversation with Sirius XM radio host Howard Stern, Courteney Cox said her sex life has been non-existent since her split with husband David Arquette.
Despite rumors of the actress hooking up with "Cougar Town" co-star Josh Hopkins, she said, "I have not had sex. It's been about a year."
Based on this interview with Cox, and prior chats with Arquette, Stern attributes the couple's breakdown to sex issues, but Cox divulged that it was more than their bedroom problems that caused their breakup.
As this Wednesday's "X Factor" season finale approaches, "Extra" correspondent Terri Seymour headed to Simon Cowell's Beverly Hills home for a no-holds-barred interview.
The talent mogul revealed his pick for the $5-million "X Factor" winner. "Melanie. I really feel it, yeah." Cowell also revealed Justin Bieber will make an appearance and sing a duet with two of the finalists.

The Los Angeles police showed up to Paula Abdul's Sherman Oaks home after the alarm went off last night. The cops responded to a call around 2:30 AM and reportedly found Abdul's front door open, but no one was home. It appeared her home was broken into, but nothing was taken.

Howard Stern has signed a deal to join "America's Got Talent" as a judge, the radio bad boy announced on his Sirius XM Radio show on Thursday. He replaces CNN host Piers Morgan.
The show, currently filmed in Los Angeles, will move across country to NYC. Stern's meeting with producers went well -- he lectured them for an hour on how he'd change the show.
