Heidi Montag recently underwent 10 surgical procedures in one day. Now sources close to the reality starlet say she's ready to pose for Playboy a second time. Montag first posed for the mag in September 2009.

"She is currently speaking with (Playboy photographer) Matthew Rolston about a steamy, soapy, shower concept showing her boobs through the shower door," said the source to MSNBC. "The figure being discussed for the exclusive is in the seven figures."

According to an In Touch Weekly source, Montag could really use the money. "She's finally ready to pose topless, so she is negotiating with the magazine."

Lauren Conrad's debut novel "L.A. Candy" skyrocketed to the top of the New York Times Best Seller list, now the former reality TV star is back with the sequel, "Sweet Little Lies."

The 24-year-old visited "Good Morning America" on Wednesday where she talked about writing, the pitfalls of fame -- and her future.

One thing Conrad stayed quiet about was former BFF Heidi Montag's new look after her 10 plastic surgery procedures.

"It's a personal choice," Conrad said.

"GMA's" Juju Chang probed to get Conrad to say more, but she wouldn't budge.

Chang commented, "It's a diplomatic silence on your part."

Surgically revised starlet Heidi Montag headed home to Crested Butte, Colo. to reveal her recent ten plastic surgery procedures to her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, but the encounter was not what she expected.

"I was nervous, but also excited," the reality star told People mag. "I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did."

The mother/daughter reunion was filmed by MTV for the upcoming season of "The Hills," but Montag's mother was anything but thrilled by her daughter's drastic transformation.

"She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn't like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak," Montag told People. "I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn't. She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I'm trying to get into."

In November of 2009, Montag had her breasts enlarged, chin reduced and nose redone, among other cosmetic procedures.

Montag also said she wants to give her mother plastic surgery for Mother's Day.

Heidi Montag wants plastic surgery for mom

Heidi Montag, 23, tells ABC's "Nightline" that her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, was supportive of her drastic plastic surgery makeover -- and is ready for a little nip and tuck of her own.

"She was excited for me and she's asking me... for her surgery next," says "The Hills" star. "So for Mother's Day, I have to ask [surgeon] Dr. Frank Ryan if he'll do the mommy makeover."

There were reports that Montag's mother was shocked and infuriated by her daughter's ten plastic surgeries, but Montag says her mother knew of the surgery plan all along.

"I've had this conversation with her several times. So I think she knew," she says. "I already heard what she had to say."

Heidi Montag's mom shocked by surgeries

Reality TV starlet Heidi Montag is almost unrecognizable compared to what she looked like before going under the knife -- and her mom is not happy with her multiple-surgery overhaul!

A source tells People magazine that Heidi's mom, Darlene Egelhoff, is "horrified and having a total breakdown."

Montag is on the cover of People magazine's January 25 issue with the headline "Addicted to Plastic Surgery." She underwent 10 procedures at the end of November -- and wants more.

Heidi tells "Extra" her bra size is now a "triple D, F. I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi."

Egelhoff lives in Crested Butte, Colorado, where "The Hills" star grew up. The source says the 23-year-old is planning a trip back home... and that Egelhoff "can't wait" to confront her daughter.

Heidi Montag is taking aim at haters who say she's gone too far with her plastic surgeries -- and says she won't have any more surgeries for a "long time" to prevent looking like Cat Lady Jocelyn Wildenstein.

"I would know when I have gone too far," Montag explains. "I know now that for a long time I'm good and it's just maintenance. As I get older I'll probably keep up with it. I definitely think that enough is enough. This is as far as I want to go for a long time. I don't want to look like Cat Lady."

Montag also came to "Extra" to set the record straight on rumors People magazine footed the $30,000 bill for her recent plastic surgery operation.

"I just heard that!" Montag, 23, tells "Extra" of the rumor. "I wish they did, I would have loved... for them to chip in. No, they definitely did not."

What do you think of Heidi's new look? Sound-off now

The "Hills" starlet also addressed co-star Audrina Patridge's comments that her cosmetic enhancements were "a little much."

"I think that she hasn't seen the photos -- she probably just heard 10 surgeries and has no idea what it is," Heidi says. "So I think when I see her in person... she'll be like, 'Oh okay, it's not that drastic.'"

Montag adds, "Or maybe I'm crazy and it's that traumatic and I just don't realize it."

The MTV star -- who spent much of the last season of "The Hills" pressuring husband Spencer Pratt to start a family -- says her surgeries have put baby plans on the back burner.

"I will not be having children any time soon," Montag says. "I won't be ready for a long time because I'm going to enjoy this youthful body.

Heidi Montag just had ten plastic surgery procedures, but she's already thinking about the next time she'll go under the knife.

Montag, 23, underwent multiple cosmetic enhancements -- including her second breast augmentation -- but still wants more. Heidi admits her chest is now a "triple D, F. I like the F. I actually want H for Heidi."

The "Hills" star says of her nip/tuck, "I had a little bit of botox, an eyebrow lift, my ears tucked, I had my nose re-aligned, fat injections put into my cheeks, my lips done and I had my chin shaved down."

Montag thinks her new look is an "upgrade."

What do you think of Heidi's new look? Vote now!

Three months after undergoing the procedures, Heidi tells "Extra's" Terri Seymour that she went under the knife because of underlying insecurities about her looks.

Heidi claims to have been teased as a kid in school, saying. "It always kinda held me back from a certain inner light and an inner happiness."

"Hills" co-star Lo Bosworth has blasted Heidi for the message she's sending to young women, but Montag dismisses that, saying her cosmetic surgery will not decide whether young women follow in her surgical footsteps.

"Young girls who want to get it would get it regardless," Heidi explains. "They need to know how severe it is and how serious and real it is. And that's why I wanted to share my story with it. It's not that you just go in and come out and it's great a week later."

Montag says her husband Spencer Pratt was initially dead-set against the surgeries. "Spencer was like, 'You are crazy. You've officially lost it. I think you should see a therapist before you go.'"
