Actress Halle Berry is reportedly headed to court early this week to file a restraining order against her ex, Gabriel Aubry, after the Thanksgiving Day brawl with Berry's finacé, Olivier Martinez, reports TMZ.
Although the judge issued an emergency order of protection, requiring Gabriel to stay 100 yards away from Halle, daughter Nahla and Martinez, that order expires Tuesday.Pictures of Gabriel Aubry have surfaced since the brutal Thanksgiving Day fight outside actress Halle Berry's house between her ex, Gabriel Aubry and her fiancé, French actor Olivier Martinez.
Gabriel was booked Thursday on suspicion of misdemeanor battery and then released at 6:25PM after posting $20,000. He was photographed Friday in L.A. after leaving the hospital with a broken rib and face contusions. TMZ reports the fight began when Aubry went to Berry’s Hollywood Hills house in the morning to drop off their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, and Martinez walked outside to have words with Aubry.

Actress Halle Berry, 45, is recovering after suffering a head injury on the set of her new movie, “The Hive.” The Oscar winner was rushed to Cedars Sinai medical center late Tuesday night, around 10 PM.
Her rep tells “Extra,” “Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, ‘The Hive.’ She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”
