The lyrics to Madonna's new song, "I Don't Give A," seem to target her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, and include the lines, "I tried to be a good girl/I tried to be your wife/ Diminished myself/And I swallowed my light/I tried to become all that you expect of me/And if it was a failure/I don't give a [bleep]."

Another song from her new album, "MDNA," is titled, "Bang Bang," and has more personal lyrics: "Bang bang, shot you dead/Shot my lover in the head/Now my lover is dead/And I have no regrets/He deserved it/And I'm going straight to hell."

Robert Downey Jr. made the Big Apple premiere of "Sherlock Holmes" a special date night with wife Susan.

"We promised ourselves we'd enjoy each other," the actor tells "Extra's" AJ Calloway. Susan added, "We said we'd have fun tonight."

The happy couple had a whirlwind 2009 and they're ready to wind down. Susan confessed that for her resolution, she wants to find time to relax, but Robert is having a little trouble picking one. "I've actually run out of things to give up! I don't know what to do," he joked.

Downey Jr, 44, got in shape for the flick using martial arts, and Susan can't decide if she likes the "Sherlock Holmes" or "Iron Man" physique better. I just like the body! Does it matter?!" she laughed.

Susan also tells "Extra" about Robert finding out about his Golden Globe nomination. "To be perfectly honest, he was sitting next to Jude Law and he said, 'He should have got one!'"

Law showed up for the premiere with a new accessory on his hand -- a bandage. "I was so tired," Law explains. "I was cutting a piece of bread and I cut the end of my thumb off."

Law, 36, says that for his resolution, he wants to keep up with his "Sherlock Holmes" buddies in the gym. "I've got to try to keep up the fitness regime!"

Guy Ritchie tells the November issue of Esquire that he still loves ex-wife Madonna. Ritchie praised his former wife -- while revealing some tidbits about the music icon.

"She's a manifester, if there ever was one. First-rate manifester. Madonna makes things happen. Put Madonna up against any twenty-three-year-old, she'll outwork them, outdance them."

And when pressed on the topic he adds, "And, of course, here you go: I still love her."

But Ritchie isn't all lovey-dovey now that the divorce is final. He finishes by saying, "But she's retarded, too."

Madonna was taken to a New York hospital Saturday after falling from a horse. The 50-year-old fell at the home of photographer Steven Klein in South Hampton, NY.

The singer's rep, Liz Rosenberg, confirms Madonna was treated and released after suffering minor injuries and bruises.

"The accident occurred when the horse Madonna was riding was startled by paparazzi who jumped out of the bushes to photograph the singer, who was visiting friends on Eastern Long Island over the weekend," Rosenberg said in a statement to Usmagazine.com. "Madonna will be having further tests and will continue to remain under observation by doctors."

In 2005, Madonna cracked three ribs and broke her hand and collar bone in a riding accident on her birthday in London. The horse she was riding was a gift from her ex-husband Guy Ritchie.

After hearing that Madonna's plans to adopt Mercy James, 3, from Malawi didn't work out, Guy Ritchie released a statement expressing his "sadness" over the situation.

"Madonna is a fantastic and loving mother who cares deeply about her own children, and children who may need additional help and support," he said in the statement.

"I fully supported Madonna in her decision to apply for this adoption, and I am saddened that her application has been rejected. She is motivated only by being a caring parent who seeks to share some of the advantages and opportunities that her life has given her," he said of his ex-wife, who has appealed Friday's ruling.

He added, "This time it did not work out, but there will be other opportunities and I wish her well in them. She is a great mum."

Madge and Guy split last year after eight years of marriage. The couple has two children -- Rocco and David. The Material mom also has an older daughter, Lourdes, from her previous relationship with Carlos Leon.
