"Extra's" AJ Calloway caught up with E! News host Giuliana Rancic and husband Bill in NYC to talk to her about her amazing recovery from a double mastectomy.
"Honestly, work has been the best distraction for me," said Giuliana, who returned to E! this week, just two weeks after the surgery.
E! News host Giuliana Rancic went before the cameras again Tuesday, exactly two weeks after undergoing a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in her battle against breast cancer.
"Thankfully, I've been feeling better every single day since surgery, and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work," Rancic told E! Online. "Even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming."
After being diagnosed with breast cancer three months ago, Giuliana Rancic tells People of her upcoming double mastectomy, "I think scars tell such an incredible story. I'll always look at them and think, 'Wow, I made it through that.'"
The 37-year-old E! News anchor, who married "The Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic four years ago, revealed she still has her vulnerable moments. "Usually, it's two in the morning, and I'll turn around from Bill so I don't wake him up, and I just cry," the 37-year-old said. "I sob and think, 'How did this happen?'"
TV host Giuliana Rancic will undergo a double mastectomy after lumpectomies failed to completely eliminate her breast cancer. The "Fashion Police" co-host was diagnosed in October, after a mammogram revealed a tumor.
The E! host, 36, appeared on "Today" with husband Bill Rancic, explaining the radical decision. "For me, it was important to get the cancer out," Giuliana said. "That's what I wanted to do, just get it out."
Britney's back in her new video "Criminal" with real-life boyfriend Jason Trawick. The two strip down for a sultry sex scene before holding each other tight in the shower.

Slim country star LeAnn Rimes wants to set the record straight: she's not in a Twitter feud with E! Online host Giuliana Rancic over her weight.
A few weeks ago, Rancic gave an interview and commented about how thin Rimes looked, to which the 29-year-old singer responded via her Twitter account, "Hey, we should go to dinner sometime. You get criticized all the time for how small you are. You can see just HOW much I eat...!"
E! Online host Giuliana Rancic and country singer LeAnn Rimes are having a war of words over Rimes' weight.
Rancic spoke with the Huffington Post on Tuesday about the new Italian restaurant in Chicago she is planning to open with husband Bill -- and said the one celebrity she'd like to feed the most was Rimes.
