Longoria, a co-chair of Obama's re-election campaign, told the crowd, “The Eva Longoria who worked at Wendy's flipping burgers, she needed a tax break, but the Eva Longoria who works on movie sets does not!”

Politics is nothing new for Eva Longoria. She’s been politically active since she was 17. These days she’s taking it a step further by helping out with President Obama’s campaign.
She told “Extra’s” Mario Lopez, “The reason I support President Obama is because he’s the one that most reflects what I want our country to look like moving forward… It was an honor to be named one of the co-chairs of the re-election campaign, and I’m a big Obama supporter.”
