“Extra’s” A.J. Calloway caught up with FOX Sports correspondent Erin Andrews to get the scoop on her awkward near-kiss with 50 Cent at the Daytona 500.
Andrews explained that she wasn’t trying to dodge her SK Energy drink partner; it simply came down to logistics. “I went one way, he went another,” she said, all while she was trying to grab Danica Patrick for an interview.

Rapper 50 Cent didn’t quite get what he wanted when he ran into FOX reporter Erin Andrews at the Daytona 500 NASCAR race on Sunday.
As Andrews made her way to speak with driver Danica Patrick, she unexpectedly spotted 50 Cent aka Curtis Jackson.
Jackson made a beeline for her and went straight in for the kiss. Andrews did her best to dodge and he wound up settling for her cheek. As she deflected the smooch, Andrews said, "I've gotta go talk to Danica Patrick."

Hours later, the rapper tweeted: "Hey I wanted to kiss her so I did."
