When 8-year-old Sophia and 5-year-old Rosie caught the public's attention with a rendition of Nicki Minaj's song, "Super Bass" on YouTube, fans wrote to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres begging her to watch the video -- which has over 7 million hits.

On Wednesday's "Ellen DeGeneres Show," the two little girls from the UK were completely taken by surprise when Minaj stepped on stage. Sophia jumped up and down, ecstatically hugging her idol.

Putting up her fists, signaling she was ready for "Extra's" Rapid-Fire Quiz at The Grove, talk show giant Ellen DeGeneres threw out some hilarious and wacky answers, including her wish to be "ruler of the world."

While best-selling author Ellen DeGeneres made a special appearance at The Grove promoting her new book, "Seriously... I'm Kidding," "Extra" surprised the superstar host by bringing out one of her famous pals... Jack Black!

Jack, who was at The Grove performing in a concert benefiting The Miracle Project -- an organization dedicated to helping children with autism, read a passage from Ellen's book while he was behind the stage, out of Ellen's sight.

Talk show superstar and author Ellen DeGeneres joined "Extra's" Mario Lopez at The Grove Tuesday to talk about her new book, "Seriously... I'm Kidding," and her recent heart scare. After telling Mario she felt "good," DeGeneres demanded, "Take your shirt off!"

Thousands of Ellen fans lined up at The Grove to see the comedian, who recently penned her third book, "Seriously... I'm Kidding," in which the bestselling author candidly discusses her personal and professional life, even describing what it was like to be a judge on "American Idol."

The longest-running primetime TV series "The Simpsons" is facing a money dispute with its cast that might halt production of new episodes.

Each time LeAnn Rimes tweeted a bikini photo of herself, it sparked criticism of her weight -- from fans, the media or fellow celebrities. The singer cleared the air on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" Thursday.

While promoting her new album, "Lady & Gentlemen," LeAnn told Ellen, "I've kind of gotten over it." She called out those who labeled with an eating disorder, saying, "These are real diseases. Using them as name-calling, it's almost bullying. I feel for people who are actually going through these diseases. I'm not one of them."
