Woods bought it in 2004 for $20 million and experts say he'll be lucky if he gets that, reports Monsters and Critics.com.
Golf pro Tiger Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren has bought a $12.2 million beach-front property in North Palm Beach, Fla., just 10 miles from Tiger's new digs.

According to Palm Beach County records, Nordegren bought the two-story mansion--which boasts eight bathrooms and a 4,700-square-foot basement--in February through one of her divorce lawyers, Dennis Belcher, Huffington Post reports.
