"CSI: Miami" star Eddie Cibrian is suing Life & Style Magazine for $1 million. The actor claims the mag has crossed the line by claiming he's cheating on LeAnn Rimes.
Earlier this month, Cibrian's rep released a statement: "Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and reckless journalism. Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It's a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding."
The magazine reported Cibrian recently started "seeing" an ex-girlfriend, claiming Cibrian was bragging about hooking up with a "different" girl while shooting "CSI: Miami" in Florida, but the CBS series tapes in Manhattan Beach, Calif.
Six months after LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian were accused of having an affair, the two are proudly putting their relationship on display!

An eyewitness tells "Extra" they dined at the Japanese restaurant with another couple, and "they were holding hands" when they came out. "They were happy and not annoyed," the source adds.
Rimes, 27, and Cibrian, 36, have yet to publicly announce they're a couple, but rumors have been swirling since the two starred in the Lifetime movie "Northern Lights" last March.
In the continuing saga of LeAnn Rimes' relationship with Eddie Cibrian, his ex, Brandi Glanville, is now claiming that Rimes is "invading my space."
Brandi dished to Us Weekly, "I have a new neighbor and her name is LeAnn Rimes. She's moved in a half a mile from my house and a block from my son's school. So she is completely space-invading me at the moment, so things are not cool," said Glanville from the anniversary celebration of TAO/LAVO in Las Vegas. "There is a point where she needs to have a sensitive side and back the F up."
Glanville, 34, is irate that she's been spotting LeAnn around her neighborhood -- and even in front of her son Mason's school. "Honestly, she's Single White Female-ing me. She wants my life," Glanville rants. "She wants my kids. She wants my husband. She can have most of everything, but just not my children or my family."
The model mom has two children with Cibrian, and added, "We definitely save face for the kids, absolutely. They're the most important thing in both of our lives."

Cibrian tells "Extra" he loves to act, but he's not in "the game" for fame. "I love what I do," he says, adding, "I don't enjoy the other part of the fame that comes along with that." The 36-year-old heartthrob has been under fire for leaving his wife and family for singer/actress LeAnn Rimes. Eddie and LeAnn got close after filming the Lifetime movie "Northern Lights."
Cibrian filed for divorce from wife Brandi Glanville in August -- they have two sons.
The handsome actor says he enjoys working on "CSI: Miami" because it films in Southern California and he can stay close to his family.
On Tuesday, LeAnn finally broke her silence about splitting with her hubby Dean Sheremet. She wrote on her website, "After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage. This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support - it is deeply appreciated."

Cibrian released the following statement: "While my wife and I are dissolving our marriage, we will work together to parent our two children. I love my boys very much. I want only the best for them and am committed to being a devoted father. I will continue to be respectful and sensitive to this issue by not doing interviews about this ongoing private matter. The estranged couple announced they were separating in July, nearly four months after rumors surfaced that Eddie was having an affair with his "Northern Lights" co-star LeAnn Rimes.
LeAnn and Eddie went public with their relationship last week, hitting the green for a game of golf and attending a Kings of Leon concert together.
Since then, Brandi has slammed her ex and his new gal pal for ruining their marriage, telling LeAnn, "He's all yours."
